Abstract
Based on the initiative of the African Women Fish Processors and Traders Network (AWFISHNET), a two-day consultative meeting was organized to establish the Egyptian Chapter of AWFISHNET. The main objective of the meeting was to establish the Egyptian Chapter of AWFISHNET so that Egyptian women can be represented at the continental level to network with the continental and other national networks.
