Abstract
The policy brief is on enhancing public private sector partnerships (PPP) in Fisheries and Aquaculture. The Guide is not a replacement to the PFRS; it is rather a companion document with the overall objective of providing guidance for the development and implementation of PPP projects in fisheries and aquaculture by AU MS within the context of the PFRS, with the view to enhancing increased and sustainable returns from the sector.
