dc.description.abstract	The meeting concluded with consensus on several key actions, including enhancing synergy between AU-IBAR and partner initiatives, refining the IRLVC Program with REC and Member State inputs, mobilizing coordinated financing with development banks and bilateral partners, and advancing continental priorities such as PPR eradication, aquatic animal health systems, and harmonized SPS and trade frameworks. AU-IBAR committed to integrating partner recommendations into program drafts and maintaining engagement through follow-up consultations, with progress to be reviewed at the Fourth Coordination Meeting scheduled for November 2026.	en
