It notes the long-term outcome of the project's contributions to ensuring that aquatic ecosystems are conserved, restored, and sustainably managed to safeguard aquatic biodiversity, enhance ecosystem services, strengthen the resilience of communities, institutional capacities of AU member states and Regional institutions for effective, inclusive governance of the marine biodiversity and ecosystems, and increase fish food source while attracting investments from private and public sectors.en
