This handbook is a collection of expert perspectives on identified gaps and recommendations needed to ensure that national agricultural extension services in Africa are fully equipped and guided to improve technology adoption in the animal resources sector.

The said handbook aims to promote the effective adoption, transmission, and long-term utilization of proven innovation and technology products for the development of the animal resources sector, while also providing evidence-based data to guide policy formulation.
