Promoting domestication of international instruments in fisheries and aquaculture

Abstract

This advocacy note highlights how AU-MS should strive to have a comprehensive updated domestic legal framework for the management of fisheries and aquaculture based on globally- and regionally-agreed principles and measures in order to achieve long-term sustainability of resources.
