Abstract

The Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Policy Framework provides guidance on the implementation of modern SPS systems that are guided by the WTO SPS Agreement across RECs and Member States as necessary and integral to agricultural development and transformation, improved food security, public health, and intra-African and world trade.
