Promotion of Regional Cooperation for the Sustainable Genetic Resources in Africa: Policy Brief 14

Abstract

The policy brief highlights that: (i) Given the public-good of animal genetic resources, policy related issues require regional coordination and partnerships; (ii) In Africa, regional cooperation for animal genetic resources development can enhance public-private cooperation and better donor coordination.
