Abstract

This report examines the alignment of the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Policy and Strategy and National Agricultural Investment Plans (NAIP) with the Policy Framework and Reform Strategy for Fisheries and Aquaculture in Africa and climate change adaptation measures. The goal is to assess the integration of these strategies into broader policy frameworks and their responsiveness to global instruments and climate change adaptation.
