| dc.description.abstract | The logical framework and indicators below are based on Machakos planning workshop, which was held in October 2000. They were refreshed in PACE internal meetings and the version used is of 17th May 2001. Some activities and indicators are no more accurate and not well applicable. They are, however, followed because no more recent alternative is available. This report describes only the progress up the end of the assignment of the reporting officer, while the programme continues. | |
