Abstract
This report on mariculture in the Seychelles focuses on the institutional and regulatory frameworks that will govern the development of sustainable aquaculture. The terms of reference for this project were mostly generic and for countries in which aquaculture is a long established sector. Hence, it was not possible to deal with every aspect of the terms of reference as outlined below. Never the less, where there was any data or information the consultant provided a commentary.
