and Effectiveness in the Delivery of Services;
2. To facilitate the formulation and harmonization of evidence-based and coherent polices for
increased public investment and private sector productivity and competitiveness in order to
transform the animal resources sector;
3. To enhance coordination, partnership and the African Voice at national, regional and continental
levels;
4. To Support Active Private Sector Engagement for Increased Investment from public and private
sources for the transformation of the animal resources sector to enhance its contribution to
socio-economic development and equitable growth; and
5. To improve generation, dissemination and utilization of knowledge for sustainable animal
resources development.
