The consultancy was undertaken by Prof. Bernerd Fulanda, PWANI UNIVERSITY, KENYA, who prepared this Masterplan for sustainable coastal, marine tourism and mining activities for aquatic biodiversity conservation and environment protection in KENYA. Several experts also contributed immensely to the identifications of the priority issues during the national stakeholders’ workshop.
