The reports include Institutional framework and governance management systems, Review and classification of AU-MS and regional MPAs using IUCN MPA categories; and a SWOT analysis to identify institutional competence for MPA management, process guidance, and project intervention priorities, among other documentated activities/best practices that need to be undertaken in the management of MPAs with the AU-MS and at regional levels for transboundary MPAs.
