Abstract
This Continental Strategy to Strengthen Research-Extension-Farmer Inputs Linkage System (REFILS) for Increased Technology Development, Transfer and Uptake in Africa, is the result of a study that was conducted to review the status of REFILS in Africa and examine any models that may exist in Member States or at the regional level for adoption and/or adaptation, as well as to evaluate the development, uptake, and utilization processes of animal resource-specific technologies and innovations by all key actors.
